What does the editorial team do?
This site writes about slots: about mechanics, provider RTP figures, volatility and how individual titles behave in a mobile browser. Our work is testing, reading and writing, not running a casino.
Two separate lanes of correspondence follow from that. Questions about the text, the data and the sourcing belong with us, while anything concerning a gaming account belongs exclusively with the operator's customer support.
If you are not sure which lane your question falls into, write anyway. In that case we will reply briefly to point you in the right direction, though we cannot settle the matter on your behalf. We have written more about our editorial principles on the about us page.
Email: redakcia@ducatbet.bet
The editorial team's single official address is redakcia@ducatbet.bet. Every topic is welcome there: comments on the content, error reports, requests for clarification, press enquiries and legal matters alike.
To keep things moving, put a short description of the topic in the subject line and include the address of the page your remark relates to in the body. If you are disputing a specific figure, a stated return value for instance, say which paragraph it appears in and give your own source if you have one.
We do not accept official enquiries through any other channel. We cannot respond substantively to a message arriving on social media or in a comment, because nothing there leaves a traceable record of how the matter was handled.
Postal address in Budapest
Printed post can be sent to the editorial team's Budapest postal address:
ducatbet.bet editorial team
Széchenyi István tér 7-8.
1051 Budapest
The postal route is naturally slower, so for anything that needs handling we recommend email. We maintain the postal address primarily for official documents and for enquiries where the sender needs delivery on paper.
There is no walk-in reception at this address. Most editorial work happens remotely, so we cannot receive visitors who arrive without arranging it in advance.
How long does it take us to reply?
We go through incoming mail on working days, and we write back to most enquiries within a few working days. There is no cover at weekends or on public holidays, so the queue continues on the next working day.
How long a specific case takes depends on its nature. Fixing a typo is a short job, whereas checking a figure takes research: we verify the provider's description and only then touch the text. That is why we do not promise a fixed deadline, only that we read every message.
If a report leads us to change an article, we mark the change with the verification date. We also write back to confirm the correction to whoever reported it.
Who does your matter belong to?
The table below sorts the most common enquiries into two columns. We can help with those on the left and not with those on the right, not for want of willingness but because we simply cannot see the data involved.
| Type of enquiry | Who to contact | Why them |
|---|---|---|
| Typo or inaccurate data in an article | the editorial team | we wrote it, we fix it |
| Interpreting mechanics, RTP or volatility | the editorial team | we can give a general explanation |
| A missing slot or a topic suggestion | the editorial team | we set the review schedule |
| Registration, account verification | the operator's customer support | only they can see account details |
| Deposits, withdrawals, delays | the operator's customer support | we have no visibility into transactions |
| Bonus terms, wagering progress | the operator's customer support | the terms in force are authoritative with them |
| Limits, self-limitation, self-exclusion | the operator's customer support | an account-level setting |
| How this site handles data | the editorial team | the details are in the privacy notice |
We do not pass the right-hand rows on out of politeness. Account details, balances and transaction histories are held solely by the operator, so a message sent to us on those subjects would only lose you time. We have written in detail about limits and the routes to getting help on the responsible gaming page.
What not to send us
There are a few things we specifically ask you not to put in a message. Do not write out your account password or your card number, and do not attach a copy of an identity document: we do not need any of these for any purpose, and we could not use them.
If an attachment of that kind does arrive, we will delete it and say so in a short reply. This is not a formality: sensitive data stored for no reason is a risk to both sides.
We use the data arising from correspondence only to reply to you. What data we handle on the site is set out in the privacy notice, and you can read about the technical side of protection on the security page.
